after you choose a room
The fee isnt returned even if you cancel the reservation. Therefore you need to make an agreement of summary with an owner of room before a reservation. The agreement of summery is referred to Description.
Necessary thing for a reservation

To confirm the operation of electric appliances. (air conditioner, water heater, TV, washing machine, microwave)

To check the drain, water leak, water pressure of shower and bath.
To check the door hinge and lock of furniture.
To take photograph of electric appliances. (Brand name, serial number)
Final check (repairing of malfunction, cleaning the room)
Making list of furniture and electric appliance
To prevent the trouble at move-out, we make a list with data of 360 degrees camera and digital camera.
We will respond quickly at move-out and occurrence of malfunction.
We will hand a lease agreement to you before a move-in.
Youll have to confirm about a lease contract and agree with each lease condition
The contract will be made at a move-in day.

The process of move-in
Tenant, owner, and our staff confirm and agree with the condition of room, furniture, electric appliance, and fixture.
To check electricity meter and water meter, and take photo of them for fixing the start number.
To hand the electric appliance and furniture list and USB memory which contains the data of list over to tenant and owner.
The reservation fee will be return at the move-in date.
You can pay by cash, check, and advance remittance.
Remainder of the deposit will be returned
after a deduction of the cost for repair after the move-out.
