When providing real estate property information to a third party (advertising)
3-1 The real estate property information to be advertised includes the property type, location, price, transportation, land and building area, floor plan, facilities, photos, guide maps, etc., and does not include personal names, etc.
3-2 The information will be provided to the other party to the contract and those who wish to buy, sell, or rent the property directly through advertising media such as registration with the designated distribution organizations, the Internet, real estate magazines, and flyers, or indirectly through other real estate companies (including cases where other real estate companies advertise with our consent, etc.)
3-3 If the contract is concluded, we will promptly report the contract (contract date, price, etc.) to the advertising media owner, etc., and stop advertising. The transaction information is collected, processed, or analyzed by designated distribution organizations and private advertising media owners, and is used as material for price assessments in other transactions.
4. We perform price assessments for real estate sales and rentals.
4-1. We use transaction information (information about real estate properties, not including personal names, etc.) provided by designated distribution organizations and private advertising media owners, etc., to calculate the price of real estate properties (sales price, rental price, etc.).
4-2. We may provide it as a "basis of opinion" to indicate the price of real estate properties (sales price, rental price, etc.). However, in this case, we will provide the information after taking measures to ensure that it does not fall under personal information.
4-3 The items of transaction information provided are the overview of the property (property type, location, price, transportation, land and building area, layout, facilities, photos, guide map, etc.) and do not include personal names, etc.

5 At the request of the customer, we will stop providing personal information that identifies the customer to third parties
5-1 We may ask you to present identification documents, etc. to confirm your identity
5-2 When an exclusive agency contract or exclusive exclusive agency contract is concluded, the Real Estate Transaction Business Act requires us to register with the designated distribution organization and notify you of the transaction information.
